Who can avail of Wheels of Love services? +
All residents of Bago City can avail of our services. Priority is given to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and low-income households. You will need to present a valid Bago City residency document or barangay certificate.
How do I register as a beneficiary? +
You can register at your nearest Barangay Health Center or visit the Wheels of Love Program Office at Bago City Hall. Bring a valid ID and proof of residency. Online registration will be available soon through this website.
Are all services really free? +
Yes. All Wheels of Love services — including wheelchair distribution, mobility assessment, and PWD assistance — are completely free for qualified beneficiaries. This is funded by the Bago City LGU and the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
