Wheels of Love is an official program of the Local Government Unit of Bago City, Negros Occidental. Established in 2021, the program was created in response to the growing need for mobility assistance among persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Bago City, particularly among the elderly and low-income communities.
The program provides free wheelchairs and mobility assistance to qualified PWDs, including wheelchair distribution, beneficiary assessment, community outreach, and support services — all at no cost to qualified beneficiaries.
Through partnerships with local health centers, barangay officials, and volunteer medical professionals, Wheels of Love has reached over 1,200 beneficiaries across all 24 barangays of Bago City.

The Local Government Unit of Bago City fully supports Wheels of Love as a flagship PWD mobility program, allocating dedicated budget, personnel, and infrastructure. The program operates under the City Social Welfare and Development Office with direct oversight from the Office of the Mayor.

The program is funded through the city's annual social welfare budget, supplemented by grants from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and partnerships with private sector organizations committed to PWD inclusion.
